The Haitian Football Federation (FHF) informs that the first day of the closing series of the D1 National Championship scheduled for this Sunday, September 10, 2017 is postponed.

Considering that the uncertainty and anxiety that struck the entire population this week with the announcement of the passage of the powerful hurricane IRMA of category 5 which also disrupted the final phase of the preparation of the teams, the absence of a balance sheet the current situation of the country and the state of the roads, are all factors that hamper the start of this crucial phase for the teams engaged, the Competitions Directorate, after consulting the Executive Committee, decided of a postponement to Wednesday, September 13, 2017.

The FHF takes the opportunity to renew its Solidarity to the entire football family, especially the Great North in particular, to the Haitian population in general and hopes that God and the authorities will help it recover quickly from these stressful days of trauma undergoes this week.
