Daniel Gerard Rouzier, Prime Minister-designate has announced several changes that will be made by his government, at the level of ministries if he passes the course of parliamentary approval.

The Ministry of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE) and the Directorate of Civil Protection (DPC) would be transferred and/or attached to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE), the same fate awaits the Ministry for Women and Women's Rights (MCFDF), which would be integrated with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour (MAST).

He announces among others the creation of a Ministry of Employment and a thorough reform of the Ministry of Interior and Territorial Collectivities (MICT)

Dr. Rouzier has indicated that this consolidation will be effective from the new fiscal year without specifying further details as to procedures and methods which will be employed. Also according to the Prime Minister-designate, the Administration Martelly developed a reform plan that prioritizes state concentration in a single body of the execution of the policy of other related entities.

This consolidation is part undoubtedly of the four axes of the government Martelly "what we call the four "E" (in french), namely the Education for All, Employment, the State law, the Environment..." had clarified the President Martelly during his speech in the town of Arcahaie this last May 18.
