It is from these statements that the Unit for the Fight against Corruption (ULCC) conducts investigations when necessary. Heritage Foundation for Haiti (FHH), section of Transparency International (TI), recalls that this law aims "to guarantee the transparency of political life, to protect the assets of the state while preserving the dignity of the registrants."
