Haiti - Politic : Three candidates for the post of Prime Minister ?

The Deputy, Jean Tholbert Alexis [Croix-des-Bouquets], said that the negotiations on the choice of the future Prime Minister was continuing between parliamentarians and the team of liaison of President Martelly.

Among the names that have been proposed, two seem particularly retain the attention of the parliamentarians according to the Deputy Abel Descollines, who refused to mention their names, stating that "For now, the most important is to know the personality of the person who will access the Primature [...] This person must have the ability to speak to several sectors, not having any problems with the political groups, and be a personality in which all sectors can be identified [...] then we'll see if we can advance."

According to other sources, usually well informed, after having rejected several candidates for various reasons, there would be not two but three names on the top of the list, it would be:

The Notary Jean Henry Céant [Renmen Ayiti] former unsuccessful candidate for President and personal friend of the Head of State.

Bernard Gousse, former Minister of Justice, under the government Alexandre-Latortue, who was also the Legal Counsel of Daniel Gérard Rouzier during the ratification process as Prime Minister.

Jean Max Bellerive, the former prime minister resigned from the Government Préval.

Please note that these names that circulate in Parliament, have not been confirmed nor denied by relatives of the Head of State and they must be considered with the usual reserves.
