At this time all suggests that Garry Conille would be the next Prime Minister-designate. In a telephone conversation Joazile Rudolph, President of the Senate would have confirmed that the President of the Republic would choose Mr. Cornille. A final meeting with parliamentarians was held last evening at the National Palace, during which the Head of State had expressed his decision to the different blocks of the lower house, information confirmed by Abel Descolines, Deputy of Mirebalais/Boucan Carré (LAVNI), always according to the Deputy Descolines, M. Conille was chosen because of his knowledge of international issues.

This Thursday the main interested Conille Garry, has declared on the airwaves of a radio of the capital that "if the president asks me to serve my country I will not refuse [...] the will to work for Haiti is a constant in my life and I have no reason to change now...", but Mr. Conille said that he leaves the task of the selection and of announcement to the president of the Republic, not confirming to be on the list, he said wait.

Some parliamentarians see in the candidacy of Mr. Conille a choice imposed by the international, other a solution to the political crisis or wonders about his ability to understand the reality of Haiti...

If the choice is Garry Conille, he will have to deposit his documents to the Parliament, then they will be studied and verified by a commission, if he passes this step, the Prime Minister-designate must then obtain a favorable vote in the upper and lower House, or vice versa.

As long as no official announcement will made all is possible. In order that this choice be officialized, a letter must be sent to the Presidents of the two chambers.
