Haiti - Politic : INITE looking for a new Minister of Culture 16/11/2011 15:16:25
Earlier this week the senator of North Kély Bastien announced that the funeral of Mr. Henriquez Choiseul, Minister of Culture and Communication (MCC), deceased Friday, Nov. 11 at the Ottawa Civic Hospital (Canada), following a brain haemorrhage resulting from problems of diabetes and hypertension, will be sung this Saturday, November 19, 2011 in Ottawa. A parliamentary delegation of INITE will attend the ceremony, remember that Mr. Henriquez was one of three parliamentarians, representatives of the G16. Senator Bastien believes that the country has lost a "resource" with many years of experience in the field of communication, he also believes for his part that under an agreement with the President Michel Martelly, the choice of a new Minister for the MCC is and remains to INITE, adding that according to an internal procedure several application files will be analyzed and a new minister will be appointed. "INITE will have the privilege to appoint a new Minister of Culture and Communication to succeed Choiseul Henriquez" says the senator.
