In a note, Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé, expressed "his deep sadness and deep emotion" at the news of the death on January 15, 2025 of the former Prime Minister of Haiti, Rosny Smart (84 years old), a prominent figure in Haitian political and intellectual life.
