Faced with the major challenges of Port-au-Prince, the City Hall has unveiled its 2025-2026 Municipal Action Plan, to improve security, public services and the quality of life of citizens.

This action plan is summarized in five (5) strategic axes:

Security:

Stabilization of neighborhoods and support for displaced persons;

Humanitarian assistance:

Aid to the most vulnerable and reintegration of families;

Sanitation:

Efficient waste management and sanitation of the city;

Modernization:

Strengthening municipal services for better governance;

Citizen engagement:

Mobilization of young people and community actions.
