In line with the Haitian government's commitment to participatory and inclusive governance, this initiative aims to ensure the full integration of the Haitian diaspora in the constitutional process. It is part of the Ministry's vision of building a new national pact, in which every Haitian voice, regardless of location, actively participates in the country's democratic future.
