The Embassy of Mexico advises that presenting false, altered, or illegally obtained documents to complete any procedure at the Embassy of Mexico in Haiti may result in consequences. Under Mexican law, users who present false, altered, or illegally obtained documents may be placed on immigration control lists and will be barred from applying for a visa or entering Mexico in the future. Do not risk paying intermediaries to obtain documents that may be illegal.

UN : China concerned about the fate of Haitian children

Thursday, August 28, 2025, Geng Shuang, Deputy Permanent Representative of China to the UN, expressed his deep concern for the Haitian people, especially children, and called on the international community to make concerted efforts to resolve the crisis in Haiti, during a meeting of the United Nations Security Council devoted to the situation in the country.

The U-17 Grenadiers are accumulating sponsors

"Every sponsor that commits is an additional motivation for the young Grenadiers. It is further proof that together, we can achieve this; the country believes in us and is waiting for us. Pétion-ville asks businesses to close on Thursdays

Kesner Normil, Acting President (Mayor) of the Pétion-ville Municipal Commission, in a note addressed to all owners and managers of boutique stores in the municipality, informs that as part of its efforts to clean up and maintain the cleanliness of the municipality, every Thursday will be dedicated to cleanup. Death of singer Garry Didier Perez

Iconic singer Garry Didier Perez passed away this Thursday, August 28, 2025, at the age of 59, after a long battle with illness. A prominent figure in the 1990s, he left his mark on the Haitian music scene as part of the bands Zenglen and Ozone. His voice will be remembered through iconic hits such as "Fidèl" and "Tanbou nou."

ADIH congratulates the PNH

The Association of Industries of Haiti (ADIH) commends the actions of the law enforcement agencies who successfully regained control of the "TÉLÉCO" facility in Kenscoff. This action demonstrates the determination of the Haitian National Police to protect vital infrastructure and gradually restore order in the country.
