Russia criticizes abandonment of Haiti

Russia, through its representative to the UN, Dmitry Polyanskiy, issued a stark warning about the deteriorating situation in Haiti. He highlighted the collapse of State authority, the rise of criminal gangs, and the plight of child victims of violence. Polyanskiy criticized the Haitian government and international donors for abandoning the country and failing to implement effective security measures. He stressed the urgent need for international support, compliance with the arms embargo, and the protection of vulnerable populations as the country faces a deepening crisis.

Qatar 2025 : Our Grenadiers in Jamaica

The U-17 national team continues its journey toward the FIFA U-17 World Cup Qatar 2025. After the 2-0 test match victory against a team from the North on Wednesday in Cap-Haïtien, the Haitian delegation has been in Jamaica since August 28th to begin the second phase of its preparation program (August 28th to September 17th), where our Grenadiers will conduct training sessions and test matches. France : More than 40 scholarship students

Antoine Michon, the French Ambassador to Haiti, welcomed more than 40 Haitian students receiving scholarships from the French Government and the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH) in the gardens of the Residence of France before their departure for master's and doctoral studies for the 2025-2026 academic year in various fields such as law, administration, medicine, agronomy, and new technologies, among others. He also encouraged them to return to Haiti at the end of their studies, as the country will need their skills and commitment more than ever.

Release of the Orphanage Hostages
