This call for projects is part of the Team France Fund (FEF-OSC 2025-2026) and will close on September 24, 2025. More information: https://ht.ambafrance.org/Appel-a-projets-FEF-OSC-2025-2026 Liancourt : Bandit Massacre On Thursday, September 4th, during an operation conducted in the commune of Liancourt (Artibonite) by Divisional Commissioner Jacques Ader, Departmental Director of Artibonite, no fewer than seven bandits were killed and several others injured. Police officers were reportedly slightly injured, but their lives are not in danger; no official figures have confirmed the number. According to witnesses, the bandits were attempting to take control of the police station in this town.
