Police Reinforcement in Tabarre The Haitian National Police (PNH) has increased its presence in several areas of the commune of Tabarre. The Drouillard and Vincent crossroads, the Tabarre bridge, Sainte-Philomème, and Dimòne are some of the areas where the PNH has deployed patrols and fixed points to ensure the safety of the population and restore public order. Kenscoff : The PNH Consolidates its Position in the Téléco Zone The Haitian National Police (PNH), through its specialized units such as the SWAT, with the support of the Haitian Armed Forces (FAd'H), is consolidating its position in the Téléco site area in Kenskoff. Inflation jumps to 31.5% According to the Bank of the Republic of Haiti, the inflation rate in August 2025 will reach 31.1% (on an annual basis). The two men discussed the crisis in Haiti and Canada's support for the United Nations Security Council resolution led by the United States and Panama. Canada : Haitian Ambassador Presents Credentials On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, Anthony Dessources presented his credentials to the Right Honourable Mary May Simon, Governor General of Canada, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Haiti to Canada.
