PNH : 37th Class, Visit from Parents and Friends

On Sunday, September 27, 2026, after more than three months of training, the police officer recruits of the 37th class of the Haitian National Police (PNH), the third cohort of the P4000+ program, received their second visit from their families and friends at the National Police Academy (ENP), located on Road of Frères in the municipality of Pétion-Ville. This visit, a special moment for the police recruits, allows parents to check on their children, observe their progress, and encourage them in their training.

PNH : End of Mission for French Commander Cédric Rebillot

Friday, September 25, 2026, in the presence of Vladimir Paraison, Acting Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH), Divisional Commissioner Luccès Cléus, Head of the Research and Intervention Brigade (BRI), Grégory-Hugues Frely, French Internal Security Attaché, as well as several RAID experts and high-ranking PNH officers; Inspector General Mario Aubergiste, head of the BRI (Research and Intervention Brigade), organized a ceremony in honor of French Commander Cédric Rebillot to acknowledge and thank him for his three years of collaboration and training with the teams of the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ), the Vehicle Theft Suppression Brigade (BLVV) and the BRI, before his return to France.

Argentina : Defense and Scholarships on the Agenda

Olga Médor Ducasse, Haitian Ambassador to Argentina, accompanied by Jean Claude Cénatus, Minister-Counsellor, paid a visit to the Minister of Defense of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), Horacio Alberto Gimenez. Ms. Ducasse took the opportunity to express her interest in establishing a security agreement with CABA to benefit not only from their experience in managing natural risks and disasters, but also to secure training scholarships for the Haitian National Police (PNH), either locally or in Haiti.
