The company Digicel, aware that many customers Voilà, have still not claimed their offer to make the transition to the new combined network Digicel-Voilà, has decided to extend its various offers until 23 October 2012, without interruption of service.

Recall that as of October 23, all phones Voilà, operating under the 850 MHz frequency, will no longer be functional. To ensure a smooth transition, Digicel offers packages to the customers of Voilà, for the acquisition of new phone compatible with the combined network.

Voilà subscribers, can check if their current phone, will still be functional on October 23, by adding manually the network Digicel using the network settings of the phone. In case of difficulty in this process, subscribers can dial *233# from their phone Voilà.

Digicel precise for the customers of Voilà, that they must get a phone that can operate on the network Digicel and that they will keep then, without difficulty their plan and phone number Voilà.
