Argentina : 154th Anniversary of the Naval Military School

To mark the 154th anniversary of the "Escuela Naval Militar" (Naval Military School) in Argentina, Haiti’s Ambassador Olga Médor Ducasse, accompanied by Gerfrid Vertus, Minister-Counselor at the Embassy, attended the celebration. The event holds special significance given the historic cooperative ties between Haiti and Argentina. Over the years, Haitian students have received training at Argentine military institutions, thereby contributing to the development of exchanges and the strengthening of cooperation between the two nations.

Health : Strengthening Bilateral Measures

Dr. Bertrand Sinal, Minister of Public Health, met with his Dominican counterpart, Dr. Víctor Atallah. Discussions focused on establishing a strengthened border surveillance mechanism to prevent and control epidemics, boosting vaccination and rabies response efforts, and transparently sharing real-time information on health-related progress made by both governments.
